Client Grievance Procedure
1First, try to resolve the issue by speaking to the lawyer who handled your case.
2If you are unsuccessful then please fill out the Grievance Form.
3The Executive Director will review and investigate the complaint and respond in writing within ten days.
4If you are still not satisfied with how the Executive Director handled the complaint, you may then ask for a hearing before the Grievance Committee of the Board of Directors. A written request must be received within sixty days of when you received the letter from the Executive Director.
